In 2013 Liza became a licensed Realtor where she found her passion in Residential Sales. She loves assisting her clients in finding homes and makes the challenging process of selling their home a seamless experience. In 2017 Liza was excited when HGTV chose her listing to be featured in their Hawaii Life Real Estate show. With over 80 successful transactions some include, Short Term Vacation Rentals, Single Family homes, vacant land and the purchase of a Bed & Breakfast. Liza has worked with many professionals and enjoyed the privilege of repeat clientele from as distant as the United Kingdom and as far away as Dubai. In 2021 Liza was excited and humbled when she received a Double Gold Medal for top 20% in production from Keller Williams Realty Maui. In 2022 Liza was asked to join The Maui Market Centers Board of Directors, Agent Leadership Council (ALC), this dynamic board of directors are actively involved in the Leadership decisions that make the office more productive and profitable. Their roles are to inspire, motivate participate and listen.
Liza was later flattered and honored when The Maui News contacted her and asked to do a news article on her volunteer work. The Maui Food-Bank featured Liza’s community service in their summer Newsletter, alongside her husband, Raymond and twin daughters. In March of 2022 Liza spear headed a Toiletry drive when a homeless young lady requested feminine products. She reached out to her family and friends and so much Aloha was felt. Liza secured a donation of $2,500 from the Maui Hotel and Lodging Association in support of Menstrual Equity for unsheltered women. When a long time client and friend heard of the toiletry drive he offered to match the existing donation of $2,500. The Maui News wrote an article featuring Liza’s continued Community Service and Liza was flattered when KITV/ABC news aired the story.
