Kevin was born and raised on the beautiful island of Guam. In 2007, at the young age of 19, he decided to serve his country by joining the US Army. After two and half years with the 82nd Airborne Division in Fort Bragg, North Carolina, he was relocated to Schofield Barracks, Hawaii in 2010. Upon arriving to Hawaii, he instantly fell in love with the Island. Within the next year, he met the love of his life, got married, and became a father.
In 2012, during his deployment to Afghanistan, Kevin’s roommate opened the door to the world of real estate. Like Hawaii, he fell in love with real estate instantly. After the deployment the first thing he did was purchase his first home by leveraging his VA home loan benefits. In 2016, he decided to end his military career and take a leap of faith to pursue his passion for real estate.
During his time in the military, his work ethic was second to none. He was always identified as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and the “Go to Guy” for the vast knowledge of his occupation and the high quality standards he provided on a daily basis. Such accolades in his career include; 45th Sustainment Brigade’s Non Commissioned Officer (NCO) of the Year in 2011 and 2012, and 8th Special Troops Battalion’s NCO of the Year in 2015. He also held study halls during lunch hours to help young soldiers and fellow NCOs get promoted.
With a new chapter of his life beginning, he is excited to be in a profession that involves helping people with all real estate transactions. Whether it is a first time home buyer looking for a place to call home, a home owner looking to sell their home at top dollar, or an investor looking for a great deal, Kevin will always be ready to perform and provide the highest quality of service because real estate is his passion!
